We reject the concept of a typical hotel bar. Instead, we identify ourselves with a refined service that is also light and relaxed. The large windows provide us with a pleasant view, that fill this comfortable space with natural light. Here you can have a light meal, enjoy a good wine, drink a cocktail, a premium distillate or a hot chocolate in the winter, while warming up with our organic fireplaces.

We try very hard every day to offer the best cocktails - we dehydrate our fruit, make our purees and syrups; harvest our organic herbs directly from our flowerbeds. We make a point of selecting the best products, most of them from our Alentejo. We created several author cocktails, with a careful and modern presentation, where fruit, our aromatics or edible flowers shine.
